BELACRIS Construction is a full service, South Florida based, engineering and consulting firm with a diverse range of expertise.  We often handle the projects other Contractors will not even attempt.  

BELACRIS Construction specializes in assisting Home Owner Associations and Condominium Management companies through restoration projects on their buildings.  We conduct the required 40 year inspections and follow through with the project  providing the plans and specifications required to obtain a permit, evaluating the contractors bids,  and as the owners representative, perform the construction management and administration through the entire project to completion..
